We use your date of birth to confirm that you meet our 21+ eligibility requirement and to calculate your age. Your full date of birth is never displayed publicly on your profile. Only your age may be shown to other members.

We use your information to provide and improve the service, match you with compatible members, arrange cruise experiences, and send you relevant updates. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Communications
If you join the waitlist, we will only email you about your early-access invitation and related SPLASH updates. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. As SPLASH is in a pre-launch phase, our security and data-handling practices will continue to be strengthened ahead of public launch.
