These Terms of Service govern your use of SPLASH, a dating and social travel community that connects verified singles who wish to meet before joining professionally arranged group cruises. By creating an account or joining our waitlist, you agree to these terms.

SPLASH is intended for adults aged 21 and over. You must be at least 21 years old to create an account, join the waitlist, or use any part of the service. We may ask you to confirm your age and may remove accounts that do not meet this requirement.

SPLASH is currently in a pre-launch, founding-member phase. Some features described on the site are still in development, and cruise itineraries shown are sample prototypes intended to illustrate the experience we are building. Availability, pricing, and features may change before launch.

Membership tiers and pricing shown are indicative and subject to change before launch. Paid memberships are not yet being charged during the founding-member phase. A SPLASH membership is a subscription to the platform only — it is not a cruise booking and does not include cruise fare, taxes, airfare, gratuities, travel insurance, or onboard expenses, which are arranged and paid separately.

You agree to provide accurate information, to treat other members with respect, and to follow our Community Guidelines. You are responsible for your interactions with other members, both online and in person. Do not use SPLASH for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines, or where required to protect the safety of our community.
